– We will accept returns for any merchandise that is undecorated, unwashed, and original condition within 3 days of receiving.
– Custom-made or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
– You have to send a courier with the defective product. Ani Designer House Will inspect the defected product and send you a another new one, if it is found defected.
– Please allow up to 2 weeks to process return
– Shipping costs on original order will not be refunded.
– No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.
