Ani offers shipping across India and other countries through reliable courier services. Shipping charges will be applied at checkout. All orders processed within respective duration and you will be notified of the estimated shipping timeline in advance. Once after the shipment it will reach you 3-20 business days based on your location.
We can ship via Professional courier, ST courier, DTDC, India post.

RETURNS POLICY
At Anidesignerhouse.com, we have a FREE, NO HASSLE returns policy. Received a defected product? No problem, just follow the guidelines below:
– Send us an E-Mail to Sales@anidesignerhouse.com stating that you want to receive a Return Authorization.
– We will accept returns for any merchandise that is undecorated, unwashed, and original condition within 3 days of receiving.
– Custom-made or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
– You have to send a courier with the defective product. Ani Designer House Will inspect the defected product and send you a another new one, if it is found defected.
– Please allow up to 2 weeks to process return
– Shipping costs on original order will not be refunded.
– No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.
– Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered for return and exchange.
